These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777cx2 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 777cx2 website, mobile interface, gaming products, sports betting services and all related features accessible via https://777cx2.cam/ and its subdomains.

3.4 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

4.1 Registration Process

5.3 Technical Access

8.3 Void Bets and Settlements

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, 777cx2's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12.1 Termination by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you subject to satisfactory KYC completion and any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Termination by 777cx2

777cx2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification.

Where an account is closed by 777cx2 for reasons other than a breach by the user, any genuine real-money balance remaining will be returned to the user through a verified payment method, subject to applicable identity verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits the right of either party to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court of any jurisdiction.
